Your Bridal Trial

We love to make sure your trial appointment is relaxed and calm, best enjoyed with

a cup of tea or two.  Please find some frequently asked questions so you can prepare and know what to expect on the day.

When is the best time to have my trial? Approx. 2-3 months before your wedding date.

How long is the appointmentIt's best to allow up to 2 hours so we'll have plenty of time together to find your perfect style.

I'm unsure which hairstyle I should have for my wedding, what should I do? Firstly don't panic. Collect pictures of the hairstyles you like the look of beforehand, these do not have to be the final look but will help to create your style.  Have a look through our hair gallery or head to pinterest for some inspiration. Nic will be on hand on the day to offer advice on the day should you need it.

Do I need to bring anything? It's helpful to have a picture of your dress and any hair accessories if you have them in time for your trial but don't panic if you have yet to buy then, we do have a selection of hair accessories and veils you are more than welcome to try out.

Shall I wash my hair? You'll be pleased to know you can wash your hair the day before or on the day (please just make sure it's thoroughly dried before your appointment). If washing on the day  apply conditioner to the tips and mid-lengths rather than the roots.

Where is the trial held? Trials are mostly are held at Nic's home studio in Mid-Sussex (Hayward's Heath RH16). A calming studio for you to relax in. Due to weddings and events trial appointments are available mid-week only Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (unless overwise stated).

How much does it cost? £85, payment can be paid on the day of the trial in cash or by card (we have a payment machine).

How do I book my trial appointment? We will send you a link to the calendar so you can make an online booking. Appointments can be made up to 6 months in advance of your wedding date.

Can trials be held at another location? For mobile appointments travel costs apply (50p per mile).

A surcharge of £25per hour may apply for travel time if your location is over 15miles away from RH16.
